Tarek A. Hassan

Tarek A. Hassan is Professor of Economics at Boston University and Visiting Professor of Economics at Harvard University. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Harvard University (2009) and a degree in Economics from the University of Mannheim. His research focuses on international finance, macro-finance, and the role of social factors in economic growth, and has been published in journals including the American Economic Review and the Quarterly Journal of Economics. He is a Research Fellow of NBER and CEPR.
