Serkan Arslanalp

Serkan Arslanalp is an Advisor in the Office of the Managing Director at the International Monetary Fund. He holds a PhD in Economics from Stanford University and undergraduate and master’s degrees from MIT. His research covers sovereign debt, financial stability and capital markets, and has been published in journals including the Journal of Economic Perspectives, the Journal of International Economics, and the Journal of Finance.
